All orders of $149 or more are eligible for free Ground shipping within the continental United States. Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will ship your order by the best ground rate, whether UPS, FedEx or US Mail.
Orders may take up to 2 business days to process before shipping out. That being said, we do everything we can to ship your order the same day it arrives, if possible. 
Orders ship out from our main facility in Denville, NJ 07834.
Tracking information will be sent to your email so you know where your package is at all times during the delivery process.
We only accept returns on unopened items, 30 days from the ship date. A refund for the order amount, minus the shipping charge will be given upon receipt of the returned items. You must notify us immediately after receiving the product for us to start the return process due to the perishable nature of our products. Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply to certain returned items or if you take more than 30 days to return the product. No returns will be processed after 60 days. Refunds can take up to 48 hours to be processed after receipt of returned product. If you have any allergies or specific requests for your order, please contact us as soon as you place your order so that we can make sure to assist your needs properly. We will not be held responsible for items containing allergens sent if you do not notify us of your allergies at the time of order.

Canada Orders:
Since your order will be shipped outside the country, UPS may charge international customs or brokerage fees. Kariba Farms is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package. Please check your country's current laws, policies, etc concerning international shipping. Usually, shipping by US Mail will be free of these fees, but please check US Mail policies if you choose this option before ordering. When in doubt, give us a call and we will be happy to answer all of your questions.
